Home Again

Maisy came home on Friday night. After three doses of antibiotics she made a dramatic turn, her respiratory rate went down and they reduced her oxygen on Friday morning. By that night they were talking about moving her out to the floor, but everyone decided that going home was the best option. She came home on minimal oxygen and is completely off it now and doing great. She has been back to her busy self all day; climbing on furniture, playing with toys, looking through books, and making messes. We are really surprised by how well she is doing, as were the doctors, but she is a very strong girl who has always made miraculous recoveries. And we are really glad she is home, as is she. Thank you for all you have done for our girl.

So glad she is home and doing well! I know you are busy, but I have a sheet pan lid for you that I picked up at Orson Gygi when I was there. I think you said you wanted one? :) So call me when things calm down and I will drop it by!
