Which way is up?

Today I got Jack to preschool ten minutes late, without his show-and-tell or his hat for crazy hat day. I dropped Sadie and Ella at swim lessons on time; however, I arrived to pick them up after they were already dressed. I missed the whole lesson. Which probably isn't so bad considering I spend the time trying to keep Maisy out of the water, but they were sad. Jack would not take a nap even though he was falling asleep sitting up. I even tried for two hours to keep him in his bedroom for quiet time. So maybe we aren't handling the busyness as well as I like to think. Maybe tomorrow should be a stay-in-jammies day.
