A little progress

I have made some progress in learning to crochet. After practicing
chains and making a couple of necklaces. I became addicted to making
little flowers.
Then I made a scarf for Jack which he refused to model (thanks for the tip Amy), so ...
here it is.
Now I am attempting this blanket, which will be a Christmas present for someone.
I am still definitely a beginner and rather than the six hours it is supposed to take it will probably take me about sixteen, seriously, but I am making progress. Ella has requested either this or this for Christmas and I want to try this scarf for someone else (we won't mention names.) So its going pretty well and now my mom wants to learn. Look for more crocheted projects in the future.

I am SOOOO proud! You are my inspiration...I'm going to let my mom teach me. (she's been trying for years....and I end up giving up too easily) But now that I have a girl....I HAVE to learn how. Right?
You are awesome!
