Driving down Highway 1 in the morning listening to the waves is beautiful.
Driving through Los Angeles at lunchtime listening to traffic is frustrating.
Driving around San Fernando in the afternoon listening to arguing is maddening.
Driving past Las Vegas at dinnertime listening to Bishop Allen is fun.
Driving up I-15 with all the kids asleep listening to Simon and Garfunkel is thought provoking.
Fourteen hours in a car with four kids and our vacation comes to an end. I'm a little sad.
