Since Jack started to talk he has called my mom Meemaw and my dad Beebah. Well, this past weekend when my in-laws came to visit Jack discovered his G's. And they all became Gamma and Gampa. While I know my mom is proud of his new found enunciation, she spent all weekend saying, "Meemaw," every time he called her Gamma.
It's tough to see him grow up so fast. There are new things every day. And while I am proud of his new discoveries, I miss those little ways that are rapidly disappearing. Sometimes I just want to savor those little things a couple days longer, but they are gone before I have realized how much I will miss them.

How funny! Yes, I think she really enjoyed the "Meemaw." LOL! We used to call our Grandma & Grandpa "Meemaw & Peepaw." LOL!(By the way, little Olive was born on my Peepaw's birthday).
