Sweet Sleep

When I check on my kids at night I am struck by the fact that each of my kids sleeps differently.

Jack is never in the same position. He is as busy in his sleep as in his waking hours.

Maisy sleeps with both her little hands tucked under her cheek, a perfect little picture of how a sweet toddler should sleep.

Ella curls up in a ball. She holds her knees in close, a stark contrast to how she spends her days, holding nothing back.

Sadie sleeps with abandon. Her arms and legs are flung as if she collapsed from the sheer exhaustion of being Sadie.

Even in their sleep, they make me smile.

What a fantastic description. No pictures necessary! I could just see them each in my mind!

That's hilarious, just makes me smile too. How do you sleep?
