We celebrated Evan's birthday today. A bit belated, but it was a busy week. His birthday present came last week (the bike not the boy,) just in time for his triathlon. We had a cake (devil's food, no frosting, just powdered sugar) for Evan and one for my mom (yellow cake, lots of chocolate frosting) and a cookout. Olive took her first ride on the swing (I thought my sister might die of worry.) Jack and Ella terrorized my mom's silky. Maisy licked all the salt and vinegar chips and put them back in the bowl. And Sadie hung out with the big people. I ignored my camera so that I could visit, so here is a picture of Sadie hanging out on Saturday, because I don't get enough pictures of my girl.

i thought i might die of worry too. i know she loved it but since she is my first i worry about everything!! i didnt even want to try the rice cereal tonight. i was so scared she would choke or be allergic or something. the first time she does anything new i freak out then i calm down a little each time after. sorry im a crazy worrier about her.
Happy Belated Birthday to Evan! I have been so busy working so I could go camping, I have misse a bunch! I love your blog! (And Haley...it gets better! You're a great mommy & no different than all of us with our first babies!)
