Maisy has been answering questions for about a month now. (I can't believe I forgot to mention it, because we are so proud.) You ask a question and she says "ughnth" or something like that. You really can ask her anything and she answers the same way, but I can tell a difference in her "ughnth". Just as a mom knows what her two-year-old is saying even if it sounds like jibberish to others. Evan loves his kids and I love him dearly, but I know there is a difference he isn't detecting. There is a slight intonation that changes between yes-ughnth and no-ughnth. I love it! So next time you see Maisy ask her a question and see if you can tell the difference.

there is a definite difference in her yes and no noise. i can tell. i love that noise.
