Ode to the Ruffler
I bought this crazy, little tool at the fabric store. It looks like a Frankenstein presser foot, but it makes the most beautiful, even ruffles. Remember this blanket? Its done. Its gifted and in its new home.

i love it. whenever i feel overwhelmed or stressed about life.. i go in and look at all the beautiful things youve made her and picture her wrapped in the blankets or dressed up in her adorable leg warmers and i calm down and realize everything is going to be okay. she will be here soon.
i remember having to place a stitch threw the ruffle and then pull the thread to make it gather. i love new tools.!
